About the study
This independent research program is conducted by Saudi Comfort System to understand the needs of travelers and mobile users regarding temporary comfort services in Saudi Arabia. It forms part of the project’s market-validation stage before commercial launch.
Why are we conducting it?
We aim to build solutions based on real user evidence rather than assumptions, identify pain points in waiting and mobility environments, and determine the locations, services, and use cases with the highest need.

How will the results be used?
Aggregated findings will support project development, service design, operational planning, and the investment case. No personally identifiable participant information will be published.
